Store Wine Correctly

Doesn’t matter if it’s the ‘82 Latour or the ‘96 Chambertin from Armand Rousseau…if you aren’t storing your wine around 55 degrees Fahrenheit, it’s going to be cooked. Wine should be stored on it’s side, away from vibration and out of the light. You’d be surprised how many wine shops are ruining their inventory. It’s very sad, but true. There is some good news though—Monterey Bay Wine Club stores their inventory correctly, so you don’t have to drink over-priced swill. Remember: wine is a living, breathing thing!
